As opposed to: "NOLA Rising"? Well, they had the "no" part right! A blog/website committed to publishing all the NON-progress of New Orleans (and Louisiana in general), particularly since Hurricane Katrina (and an occassional side-rant). Please note that this blog is not intended to undermine the good work that IS being done or diminish the work of our emergency workers and other heroes who gave of themselves unselfishly during and after the storm.
